RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As all products are made to order we will not be able to accept returns unless the product(s) is defective or wrong. Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. Within 30 natural days of product receipt, if you think that any products that we supplied are defective, then please contact us at email angel@jinchanwarp.com to issue a return request.
Please provide the order number and picture of the wrong product and send it to the mailbox for review.
If it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, we will issue a refund within 5 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment account in 3-7 working days.
There is no handling fee for returns.
The return address will be provided by mail after submission.
We shall inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either(at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product,or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
RETURNS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS
WRONG SIZE:
Please ensure you use a metal tape measure to prevent errors in measuring.Non metal tape measures can stretch so they should not be used for measuring rugs.
In the rare case that you receive the rug and the size is incorrect, we will arrange the re-production or resizing of the rugs. The reproduction or readjustment of rugs will be determined by JINCHAN. JINCHAN will bear the cost of receiving the goods.
THE SIZE OF THE RUGS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED DURING DELIVERY:
Please choose and measure your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind once order is executed.
WRONG COLOR:
Color may vary from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting and batch colors. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation.
RETURN SHIPPING POSTAGE :
In this condition, jinchanrugs will be responsible for all return shipping fees, we will refund full.
Note: buyer is required to provide product picture to verify.
- We sent the wrong items (color/curtain style)
- The item were damaged(obvious stains and breakage)
We will refund you using the same method you originally used to purchase the goods.
Return shipping postage(requires the buyer to bear the return label)
The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping
- Misunderstood the image of the product.(require the product to provide features that are not available)
- The item do not fit properly but were made accurately.(not the color you wanted)
- Change of mind / no longer wants it
- Not the quality you wanted
- Ordered wrong item by mistake
Tolerance size within +/-2inch is treated as industry acceptable.(we will refund the difference in the missing size.but we will not accept re-sent curtains)
The above situation requires the buyer to bear the return shipping cost.The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
